Direct section

From this section you can send direct emails to registered users on your channel, or manage default channel messages.

SEND NEW

To send emails, set the segment you prefer: - Registered: sends emails to all users registered on your channel - Registered payers: sends emails only to users who have purchased at least one piece of content - Registered not payers: sends emails to users who have never made a purchase on your channel - Group: sends the email only to a restricted group of users Set the subject of the email and customise the message, then press "SEND EMAIL".

MANAGE EMAIL

In this section you can custom pre-set messages which the user, if he has activated notifications, will receive in the different cases indicated.

CUSTOM SMTP

Don't forget to set up your custom SMTP to prevent mails from ending up in spam.
